Each society is modeled as an 8-node network with 4-dimensional state vectors:

  • Nodes: Executive, Army, State Memory, Priesthood/Knowledge Workers, Property Owners, Merchants/Shopkeepers, Trades/Professions, Proletariat
  • Dimensions: Coherence (C), Capacity (K/P), Stress (S), Abstraction (A)

Node Metrics

Node Value (NV): NV = C + K - S + 0.5 × A
Bond Strength (BS): BS ≈ 0.95 × NV
